Cookeville Pressure Wash utilizes a state-of-the-art commercial-grade, deep penetrating sealant that binds to concrete and penetrates the pores, 2 to 3 inches deep into the concrete. We do NOT use inexpensive topcoats that flake off over time and look horrible.
Our Sealant is applied with high-end, commercial-grade sprayers that apply product efficiently & evenly. This sealant dries quickly and prevents the growth of algae and mold. The sealant also minimizes concrete cracking due to freezing and thawing – Helping to preserve your concrete for years to come.
The purpose of our deep penetrating sealant is twofold:
- In the midsouth, we have a lot of freeze and thaws. These freeze/thaws lead to cracking of concrete. Our techniques of applying sealants minimize cracking over time- See below video. Our Sealants repel water similar to a non-stick pan.
- Another advantage of our sealant is it helps minimize grease and oil spills from penetrating concrete thus easier to clean. Likewise, with unsightly black mold and algae- the sealant reduces growth on concrete and makes it easier to wash away. In addition, this non-slip product extends the life of your concrete and overall appearance.
Please Note: We Do Not use any top coats in our process that lead to flaking and unsightly appearance over time.
